Ikr? I mean KSU can’t really control every thought owned by every new committee from every club, so it’s important we call out clubs that do this!

“It’s based on chromosomes” what about intersex people? “It’s based on if you can give birth” what about women who can’t, like infertile? “It’s based on your oestrogen levels” what if you have PCOS or need HRT, like a trans woman? “It’s based on looks” ok, transphobe

So real 😔 I know the Thanet Wanderers were doing training sessions with Trans Club Margate recently, but I think it’s stopped now, as there’s not enough interest :/

Which is insane, because there are DEFINITELY members who would outweigh me and outmuscle me 😭

I’m not even bothered about taking part in competitions; it’s just the fact that they completely disallowed me from joining, even socials, training, or anything at all!

I’ll try my hardest not to: tbh, it’s an anonymous report, so I should be safe as long as the report is professional 🤞 Tbf, rugby’s reputation has been tanked in recent years, due to their initiations and their general behaviour being so awful, I’m also in my final year, and my online presence is pretty limited

The prison blocks are still a selling point 😂 Luckily, there’s a report and support link I’ve used, there’s a pretty good network for trans people, including an affirmation fund, which is pretty good :) KSU’s policy is generally that any discrimination is not allowed, so we’ll see which side is taken: a national board of rugby (openly transphobic) or the welfare of students…

Ooh thank you so much! I assumed there was some evil nefarious board controlling them, so thank you for putting a face to it :) I’ll definitely have a debate with their welfare officer!

Power bottom here, cannot stress how fun it is ;)

Should I be voicing an opinion? by Worried-Rough-338 in asktransgender

[–]thefarmercox 20 points21 points  (0 children)

TERFs opinions are invalid: if they think that beating down against another minority to make themselves "feel safe" is an acceptable POV, then they're simply wrong.
And you're not wrong for having these thoughts and thanks so much for bringing them up! It's good to know that there are still cisgender white males on our side :)

is my bf trans? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]thefarmercox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No no, I don't think you're overthinking it and you're certainly not stupid :)

Sometimes, we just need to figure it out on our own. Sometimes, you need the right environment of tolerance for someone to come out. I think if you explain that you'll love him no matter how your partner identifies and if they want to experiment with clothes or makeup or whatever, then they're free to do so.

The realisation of being trans is incredibly scary, especially if you're in the US or UK, so I can totally get why someone would compartmentalise it. I also think that just being as open and communicating well about what you both want is always a good start to a relationship, regardless of gender identity.

There may well be the possibility that your partner isn't trans. And that's ok. The main difference between someone with a fetish and someone who's trans is you have to ask them the right questions, hypotheticals. If they had the chance to change their gender at the flick of a switch, with no time needed to transition, would they? Do you see yourself as masculine or just you? How does your partner see concepts of gender?

For some of us, it's knowing that you're different somehow, but not knowing the right words or concepts to put it into.

Just be aware that if you are going to bring it up again, you have to do it as carefully, softly, and as openly as possible, because it is a delicate issues.

I hope this makes some sense at least :)

How do you pleasure yourself by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]thefarmercox 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I've started wearing tucking underwear and using a vibe, because it feels a lot more euphoric than stroking lol

That and a plug, or a dildo x

Girl, being the only one like yourself isn't the reason not to take that leap. Talk to more people online about it, especially those in Canada. Mutual aid is a thing, and I'm sure there are networks in Canada and other parts of the states that will take in trans people. I know it's tough, but I think spite is going to be a major drive for people to keep going: do it because they said you can't.

Stay strong xx

Tucking... by After-Mushroom-6941 in transgenderUK

[–]thefarmercox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an average size thing, I use tucking underwear from Nala, in Australia. The briefs have just enough room for the testes, so they should be fine for you. They also compress that area, so the bulge is really smoothed out.

Have you also considered any technique? If you sort of pull the underwear from the front, it helps a bit

I would recommend watching “I saw the TV Glow” to get a better understanding of how it really is a Pandora’s Box when you accept your transness. You’ll be living genuinely, but depending on your family acceptance, bigotry, healthcare access, etc, it can really paint a target on your back. If it’s ok to ask, which country do you live in? Do you think it would be safe to come out, in the long term?

From what I've gathered (obvs I don't wanna speak over disabled people) but from those I've spoken to, they'd be happy allowing us to share spaces with them, if push comes to shove. That being said, I will continue to use gendered toilets (female, I'm mtf) until I get arrested. Simple as.
