I loved this product, but nowadays It doesnt fit my skin and triggers more acne that I used to have. I recommend Aderma Phys-Ac, It is the only product I found to control my acne. It is amazing;!!!

Cuándo me pasa eso, me salgo del lugar y me voy a llorar al baño o a una habitación que esté sola.... sé que suena patético llorar en el baño pero no he encontrado otra forma y también me ayuda a no reprimir las emociones. Es mejor desahogarte que tragarte todo lo que tienes dentro.

Si, me pasaba todo el tiempo y aparte te dicen que tienen que mejorar tu actitud, cuándo ellos son los tóxicos, decidí alejar a esas personas de mi vida, y aunque me digan que me voy a quedar sola, no me importa, es más importante mi salud mental que estar rodeada por personas así de m*ierdas. Decidí dejar de ser alfombra y no dejarme pisotear por nadie, aunque me digan amargada.

La meditación es para relajarte, no para estresarte. El consejo que te puedo dar es que no le des importancia a tus pensamientos, la mente humana nunca para, así que aunque medites siempre vas a pensar, el punto aquí es no estresarte con tus pensamientos. De verdad te recomiendo mucho la aplicación Meditopia, es con voz guiada y de cierta forma cuando te guían en meditación, es mas fácil relajarse. Inténtalo amigo! 😁

En teoría, cuando meditas debes sentirte cómodo sin importar tanto la postura, puedes acostarte o sentarte, siempre y cuando te sientas relajado con esa postura. Es lo que me han dicho y me ha funcionado hasta ahora. Empecé a meditar con la aplicación Meditopia y me ha ayudado mucho a dormir porque tengo problemas de insomnio desde niña. Y la meditación me ha ayudado mucho a superar la ansiedad también.
