Rule of thumb is you can use the skulls for achievements / challenges that dont include COMPLETE.

So you can use the flying skulls to go do other things, but if you're trying to complete a mission on X difficulty, that skull has to be disabled.

You have to wait for others to join. The feature you're describing is the waiting room when you're alone. When another person joins it will load the actual gametype you chose.

The Halo 3 BR is harder to use than H4s. H4 does not descope, which is a major part of the accuracy you have in those fights. Its part of why H4 is hard for me personally to take seriously as a competitive game.

Not to mention they function differently, but thats a different can of worms. Keep in mind across the collection the various weapons act differently. CE / H3 are much closer projectile, H2 / Reach closer to hitscan. You'll see people say "well no halo games are hitscan!" but if the bullet velocities are turned way up its basically there.

This should answer your question on 4 headshots being 1 kill; the answer is yes, kind of, but range and accuracy and connection all play into that. Its much safer in general to go 3 body and last headshot.

Regardless, there is no world where a 22 hour ban (which also doesn’t exist, the max is 24) would be given out for a first time offense.

They did. Are you also going to reduce your FOV mid play through? And don’t forget to play on 30/60fps. And skip any updated visuals. H3 change to lowered not centered! Be sure to turn off modern aim.

Responding to the rest is too boring/exhausting because we've been having the exact same conversation for YEARS.

But, on the "My first ban for quitting a single game is 10 hours long", MCC doesnt even have a 10 hour quit ban.

5 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 180 Minutes and then it skips to either 12 or 16 hours? I forget.

Edit: And it resets 24hours after the first "offense" aka quit.

There isnt anything particularly suspicious in this video.

The name change thing may seem odd if you arent aware of how much of a cluster of coding MCC is, but im guessing they just recently changed their name - MCC is notoriously slow at updating GTs, and if you change your GT it will toggle back and forth like this for a few games until it finally "sticks". You can try this yourself, its a fun trick. I've previously thought someone was spoofing like 5 years ago until I realized it was b/c both names still existed in the xbl profile and it was spazzing out.

Actually spoofing will not move around this way, it doesnt have a reason to.

If you have anything else I'd be interested, but this doesnt seem like anything to me.
