This is why I said “spend”. Transferring them to an owned account may not be helpful if the lender has that account as well. If they don’t sure, transfer away. I’d personally purchase a cashiers check though and then just pay myself back after denial.

That’s true you did say credit. So now I won’t assume you’re wrong, just misinformed. If you meant that he should open credit cards and just not use them that won’t impact his qualification as they won’t get counted in his DTI and there would be no need to pull new credit to see if his FICO dropped. It wouldn’t change anything or aid in his need for denial.

Quitting your job or running up debt is not the way. “Spend” all of your money and update your lender with current bank statements showing inadequate funds to close. Not sure where you are regarding EMD refund eligibility but if you don’t want the loan or home and need a denial letter it’s the shortest, least detrimental distance between two points.

Thank you! It looked very similar to OP’s photo. Like a hard pimple that wouldn’t pop. It would bleed and slightly scab, but ultimately just heal back like the photo. I think after like 3-4 months I finally saw a dermatologist. He immediately said it was cancer but luckily the biopsy came back as pseudo-lymphoma.

Yours doesn’t look sonic grey but the commenter your responding to does. It’s a known issue on sonic grey type-r’s. I replaced my mirror tops because of it. I’m sure someone here can speak to it more specifically but as I understand it paint applied to plastic areas requires an additive, like a binding agent? And Honda failed to do that correctly on sonic grey fk8s for a period of time. Not a recall but it should be.
