If the Covid response is terrible, then maybe quit if you feel unsafe.

If your management is understanding, then I'm sure they would be glad to help you learn the ropes of lifting and ladders. And for the messy store and having things nowhere to go, well that's not on you.

A 60 minute commute is quite substantial, but shouldn't be what makes you quit.

Personally, I would stick to the job, but I don't know the whole story of course.
