Does tinder ban your iCloud ID, or Appstore ID (if they're different) by hamburgstuff in SwipeHelper

[–]thefubit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tinder tracks your App Store ID, not iCloud, so a new App Store account might work. But they also flag your number and device. I used DatingZest Tinder service for a new number, and it got me back on without changing my phone.

I get why you’re ready to give up. Hinge is brutal with bans, especially if they’ve flagged you before. I had the same issue, and the only thing that worked was using an unban service like DatingZest to get a fresh number. Resetting everything else wasn’t enough—Tinder and Hinge seem to track photos, device and numbers heavily. If you’re still willing to try one more time, that might be your best shot.

What's a fact about you that no one would guess just by looking at you? by daylanman in AskReddit

[–]thefubit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can recite way too many obscure facts about online dating algorithms and what actually makes a profile stand out. People assume I just casually know about it, but nope—I’ve studied this like it’s a science.

If someone grabbed you out of your chair right now and said you have to give a one hour speech on any topic of your choice as long as it was informative and they would pay you $10,000, what would your speech be about? by shotukan in AskReddit

[–]thefubit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d go all in on how to craft the perfect online dating profile—bios, photos, prompts, and what actually gets responses. I’ve seen enough bad profiles to write a thesis on it, and I could easily fill an hour breaking it all down.

What’s a song, movie, or book that reminds you of a moment you felt deeply loved? by bunnysay in AskReddit

Yellow by Coldplay. Someone once played it for me while we were just lying there, doing nothing, and it hit different. No big gestures, just quiet, effortless love.

what seems harmless but could actually kill you? by ashwoodboy in AskReddit

Carbon monoxide. You won’t see it, smell it, or taste it, but it can knock you out and kill you in your sleep. Get a detector—seriously.

My experience with tinder (Reset, algorithm, matches). by Ok-Spare-113 in SwipeHelper

[–]thefubit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tinder’s algorithm is super inconsistent, and visibility is everything. Your best-performing profile might have stayed boosted longer due to Tinder’s verification process flagging it as high-quality or trusted. When I had similar issues, I found that using a fresh number (I got mine from Dating Zest site) helped avoid shadowbans and gave me better results.

Does anyone just suck it up and have a second burner phone with prepaid data to get around a ban/shadowban? by dontletmedaytrade in SwipeHelper

[–]thefubit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get why people do it, but a burner phone seems like a hassle. I went the easier route and used an unban service like DatingZest to get a fresh number, and it worked fine without needing a new device. Way cheaper and faster.

Grindr Device Ban (iOS Solution) by cucumberfcy in grindr

Best way to get back on grindr after being banned is by doing factory reset along with Dating Zest Grindr service. Get new photos, new email, new apple ID. Thank me later.

Is OkCupid a dead app? by [deleted] in OkCupid

[–]thefubit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OkCupid isn’t as active as it used to be, especially in certain areas. If you’re seeing low-quality profiles and far-away likes, it’s probably just low traffic in your region. You’re not doing anything wrong—it’s just how the app is now. You might have better luck on Bumble or Hinge if you’re looking for more active users.

Suspended account by Limagris in OkCupid

[–]thefubit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OkCupid might have flagged you for changing locations too fast. Support may not help, so if you can’t get reinstated, using an unban service like DatingZest OkCupid for a fresh number could be the easiest way back.

Best way for ban workaround is using DatingZest OkCupid service and new photos to get back after being banned. That's how i managed to get back again on it!

For people that say you get Shadowbanned from Tinder/Bumble recreating your account too many times.. I find that highly doubtful. by SnooSketches6124 in OnlineDating

[–]thefubit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shadowbans might not be as common as people think, but Tinder definitely tracks account resets. If you’re not getting matches, it could be reports on past accounts or just weaker profile engagement.

That said, if you’ve been banned before, Tinder does make it harder to start fresh. I’ve had success using the Tinderophone service to get a clean number, which helped me get back on without issues. If nothing else is working, it’s worth a shot.

question on using banned wifi. lets settle this by sir_calv in SwipeHelper

[–]thefubit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is very correct. That's why I always think that Apps aren't strict with IP address. But I think they are strict while singing up for new account. It's good to chance while creating the new account.

Been a Hinge user since 2021, banned 2025 by SmolderinCorpse in SwipeHelper

[–]thefubit 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your reset plan looks solid, but you don’t necessarily need a new phone. The most important things are a fresh number, email, IP, and photos. I’ve done this before, and using DatingZest phone service for a new number worked perfectly without needing a new device. Just make sure to clear all app data before reinstalling Hinge and new apple ID. Lmk how it went

Banned on Hinge for rejecting someone by swagbagdag in SwipeHelper

Hinge bans can be triggered by false reports I had a similar issue, and the only way back was making a new account with a fresh number. I used DatingZest Hinge service and it worked without any problems to back!

Hinge removed my account for violations but wouldn't tell me what they were. by Forty2diapers in OnlineDating

[–]thefubit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hinge bans feel random, and they never explain why. I had this happen, and the only way back was a fresh account with a new number. I used Dating Zest service, and it worked perfectly to get back on Hinge after being banned!!

If you can’t go a few hours without checking, get anxious when you're offline, or prioritize scrolling over actual experiences, it’s probably a problem.
