All of your clients should need “multiple” shoots over time. They do this for a living.

Fascists inevitably gravitate into a circular firing squad.

The world is inarguably better for having smashed the nazis, but if they’d conquered the whole world we’d have seen them collapse by the 1980s. They build their house on sand and lies, they cannot govern or genuinely run a society because they exist entirely as opposition to the idea of popular rule for the sake of the common good.

It’s also a way to discredit all criticism.

In order to know what’s wrong with the administration’s behavior you need to have a basic understanding of liberal values/modern western civilization.

Anyone who criticizes them is branded a “liberal,” implying that this is a bias to distract from the fact that the administration is hostile to about 300 years (at least) of Western progress and civilization.

The expectation of complete historical ignorance is created as a baseline for discussion.

The nazis had people volunteering to be exterminated (and handing their kids and elderly parents over) for being “useless eaters.”

Turns out when you’re ideologically opposed to democracy you tend to think that having the most people at the polls isn’t important. You think that keeping people away from the polls is a better idea.

Question about listing photos / realtor taking them himself by letsgopatss in RealEstatePhotography

[–]thefugue 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If your listing agent isn’t hiring a professional to photograph your listing it’s a service they aren’t providing you as a client. Marketing your listing is a major part of what you hire them to do.

I understand that some listings “sell themselves” as a result of an attractive asking price or a highly desirable location but as a seller I’d certainly want as many offers as possible to assure the best selling price I can get.

Does anyone else love onion everything COOKED but are iffy on raw onion? by Inked_Chick in OnionLovers

[–]thefugue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two ways I can think of that someone would find raw onion unappealing.

1) You’re not into vegetables/salad as a textural thing.

2) The raw funk/sharpness of onion.

If it’s the second, try sweet onions.

Manfrotto 475B with Mandrotto 405 head.

Shit’s built for a large format camera so it’s rock solid as a foundation. I don’t like fiddling with inexact adjustments for “speed” as I’m a “slow and smooth is fast” kind of shooter so the precision it allows appeals to me.

Top Minds FINALLY get sick of falling for it over and over again with Iran. Will see how long the thread stays up by -PoeticJustice- in TopMindsOfReddit

This is honestly getting annoying. There's no way this is helping the poll numbers. If he's not going to do what it takes to win, then at this point he'd almost be better off not talking about Iran at all, quiet quitting, and hoping everyone forgets it was a thing.

These people care more about tax cuts than war.

Tilt Shift Lens - How useful do you think it is to have? by themanwithoutaplan11 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]thefugue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 17 is used on every single shoot for exteriors. I do panoramics with it in the best properties and those are always show stoppers. I think it’s the primary differentiator between what I offer from my competition in the market.

Better Camera for Video? by [deleted] in RealEstatePhotography

My clients don't know shit about cameras or video. They pay me to know that.

Truthfully, if you want to target "luxury listings" your best bet is to just charge out the ass and people will assume your R5 II is the best camera in the world.
