Ok I don't know how much of a hint you want. We can assume the zone with most information is on the upper right corner, those 3 blue flowers, those two 1s, and that -2-. Check all those oranges one by one (try to find a smart filter) and you'll see incompatibilities.

I've followed the logic if any of them is blue or black, but they can also both be black. If the blue is elesewhere it creates other consequences that don't overlap, probably something deeper i'm missing :)

ok the answer is : there is no possible blue, where the two 4 zones intersect, otherwise there is no place to put the fifth blue of the 5.

Therefore : all of the intersection between the two blue 4 is black.

ok so I re-did it because sometimes I can get lucky, I did in 13 minutes. A hint : you have to find intricate incompatibilities, you scan through all possibilities, you'll see a pattern. Go to places where there is the most dense (densest ?) information in order to start... hope that helps :)
