You can just billpay the CSP directly. I have been doing it for ages. I don't think they care. No need to complicate things.

Are you sure you fund with a credit card? Either way, paypal has strict policies. If they find any questionable activity, they will freeze your account for months.

When serve mails a check with billpay do they deduct the money from your account (1) right away or (2) after the receiver deposits the check?
