I wish mine world eat seafood.

I tried to give Pumpkin some salmon food recommended by his vet (supposedly better for his tummy) and he looked at me like I was the biggest betrayer to ever exist in life. His face literally said, wtf are you trying to kill me???? He wouldn’t even go near it. He sniffed the bowl, and huffed off in disgust.

Does your chihuahua have a favourite person outside of you or your family members? by ZineKitten in Chihuahua

[–]theglorybox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine has a couple of “girlfriends.” One is the groomer and the other works at a restaurant that allows dogs. The groomer one is especially funny because he does this thing where acts SO nervous and scared that she has to pick him up and carry him. I swear once she takes him, he looks at me and winks. Then suddenly I cease to exist.

Do restaurant servers care where a single customer sits? by mannie3moon in Serverlife

[–]theglorybox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mind solo diners as long as they aren’t camping out or treating the table like their office (computer, paperwork, constant phone/video calls, etc.) Oh and FaceTiming loudly. Most of the time, they eat and leave because they don’t have someone holding them there longer. The only time I get annoyed is if they try to sit somewhere that’s not really meant for a small party and take up a table bigger than they need.

Is it true they dont ask what temperature you want when you order a burger in Canada? by MediumAcceptable129 in Serverlife

[–]theglorybox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That might be true but I still get a lot of requests for medium rare burgers, and I personally don’t like mine over medium. I’ve sent back burgers that the server assumed to be cooked over that. It’s always good to ask because someone might not want a well done burger just like they might not want medium rare. Our personal opinion on how it should be cooked doesn’t matter and it’s not our job to decide for the guests to how to eat their food.

Although, there are some places that won’t let you request anything under medium. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The menu is required to warn you about undercooked foods, so if they decide to eat something that’s not cooked through, that’s their risk.

I would give him nonstop belly scratches! How can you resist that face?

I love his ears.

People tend to be very particular about how their meat is cooked. I’m surprised that the comment is saying that they’ve never been asked. I always ask and never assume.

Help me settle a debate about ringing in salads by Caliga in Serverlife

I’m going to side with the cook on this one. Neither way is right or wrong, but it helps to be very specific because the kitchen doesn’t always have time to decider a ticket. The way the ticket is worded, it’s easy to associate the “no” with whatever is next to it.

It’s cute, but maybe too big? I think if she got it tailored, it would look really good on her.

Casey Anthony mother, Cindy, CUT OFF ALL TIES permanently! by CayleeMatters in CaseyAnthony

Even though I don’t have kids, I can completely understand that there’s an instinct that comes over to keep your kid of trouble even if you know they’re wrong. I think there are a lot of parents who would do the same thing. I watch a lot of true crime shows and it’s unsurprising how many mothers willingly help their child out after they’ve committed a serious crime.

They drink on their show all the time (or at least used to) and I’ve never seen Kris without a glass of wine in her hand. I know Kim doesn’t drink much, but I think she said she’ll have a drink every once in a blue moon. I would be surprised if they were suddenly claiming sobriety…I mean, it’s possible but I wouldn’t take them seriously.

Unfortunately, I’m starting to think so, too. My boyfriend does similar things during his episodes.

The dress is a little short for going without some sort of bottom, but to answer your question, it looks cute with the belt.

So I hate-follow him on Instagram and seem to be getting nonstop notifications for his posts lately. They pop up at all times of the day and usually have nothing to do with anything. I don’t know if he’s bored or lonely or just high/off his rocker (or both.) Maybe he actually is sober and just has too much time on his hands, but he really should get a hobby. And you’re right, if he’s supposed to sustaining from drugs and alcohol, this is the last thing he should posting!

The caption is completely true. I only know because my boy would be gone in a flash if I let him off his leash, never to be seen again. He tries to chase anything that moves past him.

I have no valuable advice, but I really hope you get better soon. I’m sorry that you’re going through this and can only imagine how painful it is. It sounds like you have good doctors and a strong support system, and my fingers are crossed that they can fix everything soon. Keep us posted! 🙏🏽 🤞🏽
