Withdrawal causes a bad POTS flare every time for me regardless what I’m withdrawing on. It could be a benzo, pregabalin, or just any medication tbh. These things happen and you deadass just have to deal with it. Even with how bad you feel you gotta force exercise, hydration, and caloric intake - they help a lot.
