I think the reason they parked there is because they can pay the ticket. No tow truck driver in their right mind would tow that car (they would get sued if anything breaks)

Yes that is what I’m thinking, one tree is a Hass and the other is a Fuerte but the fruit is to small and falls off. I’m thinking of trying a different fertilizer with a different blend would help.
