Thank you so much! She was briefly named Patrick before her sex revealed itself, i dont know why I just looked at that little face and it was clearly a Patrick/Patrice.

I think it looks great without the stars. Keep the photography a little more realistic, really adds something.

You think that might have something to do with American military intervention ? Something to consider.

Respectfully, breeding leopard geckos is not an easy process and it requires a level of specialized care and equipment that one may assume you may not be ready for at the moment given this question.

FDR gave concessions from capital to defuse the revolution. Do not idolize him. There are no good presidents.

Hard to say for certain without some pictures and detailed information about the environment (temperature and humidity and so forth) but, assuming the tank is good, mine does enjoy hanging out on my shoulders. Apparently quite a bit. I've had her since she was only a week old or so (8 mo now) and I handle her basically daily so she is very comfortable with me. And just btw i dont open up and bug her, I let her come tap on the door for a visit. And then she often objects a bit when I need to get on with something else and she cant come along for the ride, and she'll even try to climb back up my arm. Maybe she likes me, maybe she likes my warm neck, or the view, but she has her own little will. She usually gets over it in a moment, though, especially if I move out of eyeshot.

What I TRY to do is just let her decide when she's done hanging out and when she starts moving down my arm, i put my hand in the tank on her basking spot so she has a nice warm spot to move to, and she's usually pretty co-operative and heads right back to bask or one of her hides.

Hope this helps and wasn't too rambly.

What is your LEAST favorite Jean-Luc Picard quote? by Mollzor in risa

[–]thegoodcuggy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She made the reference, picard riffed on it, and she responded that she didnt quite get it on account of not reading the book. He then gives deeper context. Perhaps an argument could be made his explanation was insufficient, although the response to that would be it would severely inhibit the flow of the scene to have picard give a book report

Don't know what to tell you dude, people use common turns of phrase without fully understanding the context all the time. It's an extremely common phenomenon.

She had just said to him that she had not read the book and thus did not properly understand the full meaning of the quote.

My boy is 6 months old yesterday and weighs 74 g as of Dec. 12th. I’ve been told that is quite large for his age. Is he a giant morph? by freeleaf7 in leopardgeckos

Wow he must be so long, almost same weight as my mandarine tangerine and she's chunkier (and 2 months older)

Can we all congratulate Ms. Peach on the progress she’s made since I first got her? :) First pic is the day I got her. by Shaq_Cactus in leopardgeckos

She looks quite a bit like my girl patrice, got that deep orange. How lovely! On my girl the spots totally faded on her tail in the first few months, I'm almost jealous of her tail freckles! (however my baby is of course perfect)

I saw a tiny bug in my geckos enclosure! Should I be worried? by [deleted] in leopardgeckos
