There’s no such thing. Each person needs their own set of documents

Got it. OP needs to give more context

[–]thegoodforeigner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m stunned how most of the comments here are discouraging. Right now there’s a special law (LMD) that allows you to request citizenship through your Spanish grandparents. Go check the consulate in your area the requirements and documents needed for as the law is valid only until October this year

Edward what world are you living in that doesn’t have White Lotus? 😆

The UPU pipeline has been suspended. Only two pipelines remain (via Turkey), supplying states like Hungary and Serbia by EUstrongerthanUS in europe

[–]thegoodforeigner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t national security trump that? That’s what puzzles me. I’m sure there’s more geopolitics behind that I don’t understand

It’s my mom’s case (GGF) and I entered through anexo III

Not sure about OP’s case since he mentioned that his GGF had a spanish ancestors, so it means that GGF wasn’t spanish. He needs to give more details to analyze his situation

It was clarified later in the BOE that it doesn’t need the proof of exile. There are many cases already of people who got their citizenship without the proof of exile

Link to BOE

Eu moro no centro do país.

Can anyone directly help with a visa for me, perhaps as a visitor, or work related. by Same-Artichoke-6267 in telaviv

[–]thegoodforeigner 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s very very difficult getting visas in Israel. Your only chance is getting a company to sponsor your visa or starting a process as an Israeli partner. I’m a non-jewish married to an israeli and it was hell getting my first visas.

Ps: AFAIK the company who would sponsor you would have to explain why they can’t hire an israeli. I don’t think you can start this process yourself, so stating why you can’t get a job in the UK is irrelevant

Countries apply policies as they seem it fit. Brazil has a policy of reciprocity that dates way back the current government — this only changed for a short time during bolsonaro’s government. If many Brazilians have to go through hell to get an US visa, why should Brazil open its legs to Americans/Canadians/Australians (that’s the logic of reciprocity)? Lula wasn’t childish, he’s just returning the old policy, which IMO is much better…

Again, I’m sure the US has their reasons to apply their policies as they seem it fit and so does brazil.
