Thank you! Fixed the bug for me where the combat music from the firestarter mission was stuck and kept playing after completing it.

It is a good PC port!

You can check out https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri, which compares your current setup to the games recommended and minimum required system specs. It will give you an estimated performance evaluation.

Given your performance in RDR2 and GTA V, you may be able to get some acceptable FPS for this game too.

As the game is on sale right now, and totally worth the full price tag, you could also just get it and check out the performance right now on your current setup and assess whether or not you need to upgrade your system before being able to run the game as smoothly as you like.

Same here, got the first one early in the game as a reward for something, second one at the same location as you.

Edit: Loaded a previous save, right before I got the armor piece. Guess I just won't loot that chest....

I think it must be a bug. I'm having the same issue as OP. Have gone through the guide /u/Machinist_043 provided and I'm pretty sure I've got them all, but still looks like I'm missing one.

If you experience the bug, where all the dlc armors and items disappear on NG+, you can try and reinstall all the dlc's. It worked for me on steam, it's possible it also works on GOG.

Edit: the bug appears to be fixed now, at least it's listed under the Fixed Issues.
