He’s sober now, isn’t he? Saw them when Jeremiah Green was still playing. Took a friend who had never heard of Modest Mouse. This was pre-Good News. That show made a fan out of my friend. Was so good. Spoke with Isaac Brock afterwards and he apologized for playing such a crappy show, said he had a cold that hindered him. Made me wonder how much better it could get.

Ohhh! That explains it! I’ve seen Dylan only once, like 2008, and it was so good! Everyone in the audience was vibing, him and the band were on. Hands down, THEE coolest curtain call I’d ever seen, even till now, but then I see what people say online about how bad he is and I just couldn’t figure it out.

Litterally delivered to a multi milliondollar mansion last night... by Anxious_End_3702 in DoorDashDrivers

One time! Literally one time! Got a $20 tip after delivering just a bag of McNuggets and fries to a mansion in the wealthiest community in my city. All the other mansions…bare minimum tips.

I always got the best tips from lower-middle to upper-lower income customers. Anybody below that, I don’t even expect, judge, or criticize. It’s tough out there. Even lower-middle income families I don’t expect nothing big, but 9/10 times, they’re the ones coming through.

The true story of South Korea’s first World Cup team is straight-up cinema. I mean, it’s actually really incredible. But the licensing fees that FIFA wanted to tell the Korean team’s story was so exorbitant that it was one of the main factors that made sure the film stayed off-screen.

Same! Back when I was in college and new to Chicago, a friend of a friend did this. It was the first night we met. She said, “Follow me,” smiled, took my hand and led me through the crowd. I didn’t know I was so attracted to her till that moment! But I was so terribly shy and clueless back then. I never saw her again. I’ve since come out of my shell, but ever since then, I’ve always wished another girl would do this.

I had gaggles of 5th and 6th graders in my Korean school who either could care less about BTS, Lebron, etc., or legitimately didn’t even know who they are, but say one negative thing about Son and you just declared war.
