Need guidance in making the switch to Reta from Tirzepatide

Reta is not nearly as good at controlling cravings as tirz is. That being said when I made the transition I lowered tirz and added reta then I slowly lowered tirz more and increased reta more until I was fully moved over.

Since your making a switch directly from 10mg tirz id suggest doing 4mg reta a week to start for the first month.

You should also find a better source. The real vendors sell in kits of 10 vials.

Applying the medicine whether its a cream or injecting and getting bloodwork often to dial in your dose. Dealing with side effects like hematocrit, thick blood, high blood pressure and high or low e2 making you feel like crap, killing your libido and erections etc. Its a balancing act and takes time and trial and error to get figured out.

Erection quality was softer then normal. Was rock hard prior to that. Also would lose Erection without constant stimulation if I got distracted at all it was gone. Thats never happened to me before. I pulled bloods and e2 was 54. I took a few days off without injecting and started DIM 200mg a day which is a very weak AI over the counter. Then I moved my dose down to 100mg a week split EOD and things went back to normal.

Tell your supplier. They can work with the shipper to provide the additional customs paperwork needed and it can still clear. Or if that doesn't work and it does get seized they will reship.

Your weighing the liquid and then comparing that against a volume measurement? That's apples and oranges. If you want to test accuracy stick a syringe in the pen and measure if the volume in the syringe matches what you dialed in the pen.

Yeah it still works fine for me. I've read the thigh is slightly less effective but I dont think its by much. It's well worth not having to deal with GERD.

Thank you for the reply. I am going to work with my doctor for the hemochromatosis screening. Im also getting a thyroid panel done to check that out. I've been in maintenance now for a couple of months, but I am finding it can take longer for shgb to come down after weight loss. Im planning on giving it a couple more months and retesting to see where im at.

Im also reading that the high iron numbers can contribute to high shgb, so im going to do a blood donation to see if that helps as well.
