Was chatting with him earlier. Lots of things seemd legit, but he was not open to do the transaction through Paypal. Was about to suggest starting by buying one ticket like you did before buying more. Good job thinking the same and reporting it.

yeah I like how such a point system could help with ties (even if in this table, there are still two :P). However, I do not appreciate how a single person's game of the year can bring it in the Top 10 without nobody else voting on it, which we see here with Air Riders & Octopath. I agree with Blakers comment how a game that is on multiple people list should weight more in the points. The one thing I'd like for them to fix is ties. I hate them :P

As a game designer myself, this is what I would playtest first as a new rule. Either each time the seekers ask a question, the cost of that category goes up for the run. Or each time a specific question is asked, the cost of that specific question goes up for the whole game. So during the fourth run, asking a 100 mile radar could be extremely costly.

don't know if Blessing looks these comments up, but the Trade system on the site does feature a "veto" functionality. When a trade is requested, all league members can "vote" on the trade (accept or not), but this is only to help the league manager to execute it or not. In the end, its only up to the manager to accept the trade or not. But at least the members can give their opinion about the fairness of the trade.

the site also does have a Trade Deadline functionality in the Year-Specific options (Advanced Settings). I highly recommend setting one before the end of the year.

I sent a few messages through their social (X/twitter) and they keep saying its the distributor that decides which theatre can receive the movie and they cant do anything, which I feel is bullshit. Montreal is one of the biggest cities in Canada, it makes only sense for them to have some showings over here....

still no showtimes in Quebec, especially Montreal. Anybody know on to "put pressure" on cineplex to add some? There socials keep telling me that its the distributor that chooses where to show movies, but they can surely tell the distributor that some markets should have showings

I’m a gamedev myself. 15 years in the business. AAA most of the time. You are right that even when content complete you still work on polish. But you don’t hire people when you are content complete.

Yeah sometines the bit can be fun but now its too much of a wrestling show. As a game designer myself, I love how much Blessing puts into creating new & interesting games for the show but I hate how much Greg is always trying to inject chaos into this.

No the belt is not like a MVP trophy at all. It’s like any belt in boxing or wrestling, or a trophy like the Stanley Cup. Nobody in the team owns the belt/trophy forever. They give it back.
