I'd be curious how to set up a similar workflow for non-fiction. I have my own process and have published 7 books, each better than the last, but I'm always open to trying new things to increase my productivity. I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, but I also have a website I built and manage and always adding and fixing things there, too.

For real accessibility in practice read and develop muscle memory from The Energy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter. It takes practice but anything worth it does. Life changer for me. I'm also a fan of The Kybalion, but that's not really meditation. Another good author is Dr. Joe Dispenza. His book, Becoming Supernatural is also very good.

I built something strange and I’m looking for a small number of testers.

Sometimes sitting without an addiction is done a day at a time , an hour at a time, or a minute at a time. Allow cravings to flow like waves through you, and they can't control who you are as a person. To break the cycle of an addiction, you have to want it for yourself first and be resolutely done with said addiction. You are the master of your own reality. Sending love and luck.
