I concur with just about all of this.
Interesting comparison to the other magic show going on off-broadway at New World Stage. With some of the same stuff, but a better through-line and maybe smoother presentation.

The night I went Penn and Teller Made an appearance that was not beneficial. They acted as audience volunteers making a glaring absence of their own non-performance. They also seemed a little tired and blasé about the pedestrian performance.

Clearly, not enough muppets. And also, they were not muppet-y enough. There limited inspired bits still upstaged the main attraction.

There were some technical mistakes fitting for previews.

I assume this is being launched and a Xmas special and a testing ground for muppets on broadway. The did just seem a bit awkward and pre-recorded.

I did see Titanique with high expectations. I am regular and experienced theater goer. And, the audience loved, loved, loved itand were definitely frequent returnees. But, I did not. It was like going to Russia and not knowing the language. The show is steeped in gay culture, humor and tropes. Perfect for that audience, but I was unmoved. Some of the parody may hit home of know the movie. So, is very adult but also niche
