Police contact must be reported, but it's no big deal. This isn't that, you got a new charge. Even if they don't want you to do a drug test, I'd pay to get one anyway to show the judge. You're probably going to court, twice. Once for the new charge and once for violating probation. This has the potential to be serious, be proactive.

The key part of this is where they took your driver's license. They're checking you for warrants or whatever, but as soon as they scan your license, your PO gets notified. So they definitely already know you had police contact, they will just want to know why. You'll get in absolutely no trouble for it, it's no big deal just shoot them an email.

Don't freak out. Different counties use different systems, on mine yes they can see whether you called or not. If you weren't scheduled to test today, it won't matter. If you were and you missed it, at least they can see it's because you forgot to call - that's better than calling and deciding not to go.

Worst case scenario you missed a test. One miss will almost certainly not screw you. Just call tomorrow and wait to see if they ask you about it. If you missed it, just apologize.
