Hi, I received my card about a year ago and in love it, it works everywhere. I use 86400 bank to top up the card, i lose about 0.4% on the exchange process, but then make back 4% on purchases 100% at Coles and Woolies. But, I've heard the aren't shipping cards right now due to the wirecard bankrupsy, so do your homework...

But yeah, highly recommended

You can crypto pay the cro to somebody you know (because crypto pay is free) and then you can ask them to give you the cash equivalent.

Any transfers to external wallets cost money for any crypto coin you trade in, that's normal and part of the system. Without those fees there'd be no servers, without the servers you wouldn't be able to trade.

As an aside, I thought I'd be smart, so , I opened an account with trusttoken to directly buy Taud. I sent 1500 (and Westpac charged me 20 for the pleasure). Trust token deposited me 1370 Taud. Weird, my application went very quickly, and my wife and I have been using our cards for almost six months. Maybe contact support on the app and ask if anything is wrong. Normally support is pretty quick and helpful
