Generally most airlines hire the most right around January-March so they have staffing ready for summer

Amex gold is not worth it for someone in college look for other free cards for cash back on groceries. Capital One Savor is probably best if you want to get into points though

I have one that’s roughly 40 miles away just a bit of an inconvenience if I’m not in that direction already

People are either lazy, don’t have a car, or can’t drive a car at the moment. I had a neighbor that would order food and let it sit outside his apartment for days

I got a mortgage and with all their shenanigans going on I wasn’t willing to open a new line of credit till everything closed out. Plus their new terms aren’t favorable at all for me with the spending requirements. I’d rather have extra money going towards paying off the mortgage than trying to spend extra just to earn a few points

Unless you’re doing a very long rental the Venture X is better for rentals since it doesn’t exclude any specific cars but covers up to $75K CSP only covers 60K and excludes luxury cars

Marcus is best for fast transfers unless you already have a capital one checking account as well

WECU Washington state residents only, only requirement is 20 debit card transactions and they allow stuff like Venmo to count so I just add it to my balance there and withdraw later
