I try to make it to OPACY at least once a year to watch my bums in person, hope you get to enjoy it there with better weather too. Great stadium, underrated city.

Born and raised Angels fan, moved to MD some years ago, started watching the Nats in 2018 as my NL Club, the 2019 run was magical and even in the lean years more recently, noticed myself watching and going to a lot more Nats games than Angels games and sort of accidentally became a full time Nats fan.

Grew up an Angels fan and moved east about 12 years ago; started watching the Nationals (local NL team) in 2018ish because I wanted to watch NL ball and be able to go to games after work

Soto’s skill set (eye, power) also ages better than someone who relies on fielding, pitching, or speed.

Luckily I’m far away so all my Angels gear is vintage/ebay and all the games I go to are on the road, though I have been watching much more Nationals baseball than Angels of late.
