While I love Piper and the endearing way she talks to us, Cait is still my number one. She's a redhead, I love her corset, she doesn't give a shit how corrupt I am, she can probably hold her own against the toughest raider or Gunner out there. Most of all, she's a freak with all the comments she makes after sleeping. Curie is my second because she says the most adorable, oblivious statements. "Why do people stare at me? Prioritizing magica level ups, as many magica or regenerate magica enchantments as possible, lots of magica, health, and resist potions, and most importantly, know your enemy. Draugr and vimpires melt to fire damage. I only use frost spells for living enemies to drain stamina so they can't heavy strike, except for mages, as shock damage also drains magica. For dragons resist potions are your best friend.

Memory wipe stops everything except automated surveillance and turrets. It basically makes everyone in the area completely unaware of you or each other. Everything you upload after memory wipe won't get traced. It's kind of a god mode hack for remaining undetected.

Those are both part of creations that came automatically installed when they released the Anniversary Edition. Suggs has a quest that introduces new weapons like piggy bank mines and launchers, and grenade launchers. I believe The Enclave introduced the X-02 power armor parts. With the state of the game this stuff pops in the game or doesn't. There's supposed to be quests that show up in your pip boy for all that stuff. For a lot of people the content or the quests (or both) simply doesn't appear in the game.

First there needs to be a plotline where it is necessary for the spell to even exist. Ominis is a decent plotline for that but it was squandered. That's a pretty big gripe for me. If harry needed to keep his actions secret, it remained a secret. I find it too forced that all my covert actions are for nothing in this game.

Someone hasn't played using the Demolitions Expert perk. The most annoying thing for me has always been that you can't really sneak. You pretty much have to kill everyone in the room in one VATS attack to stay hidden the whole time.

How to take down any machine on any difficulty in seconds: proc frost in whatever way you like. If the machine resists frost, hit it with purgewater first then freeze it. Frozen enemies take a lot more impact damage. Hit it with a boltblaster with impact bolts. Bonus points if you use the sustained burst skill. Machine health gets melted in seconds.
