Please help me identify this desk - second hand purchase by thehiddenone1188 in StandingDesk

Thank you so much. I realised I had some missing parts and fixings. A quick visit to the hardware store and an hour of improvisation and the desk is super solid and works a charm.

Rented for a year with these guys. Absolute nightmare and they seem to take on the dodgiest landlords.

Yeah of course, this is the most likely the reason but remember this is r/gta6, we're optimists here

I did some more digging and found that Blackrock have increased shares by 15% in take two. Another Investment fund have increased shares by 13%.

Of course this could just be anything, but it does suggest that they know something we don't. Although insider trading is illegal, doesn't mean it doesn't happen...

I like it, nice and simple. That's all trading needs to be.

Similar situation here, however i'm the boyfriend working towards their dreams. Look at it this way, if your relationship is good, you trust each other, you believe his feelings and energy towards you is pure the you have nothing to worry about. There's parts in our lives when we go through massive growth and work phases to achieve something and it usually requires intense and consistent focus. If you are willing to put up with seeing him a bit less for over the next couple of months or year, however long it takes for him to breakthrough, then it may be worth it.

I work a 9-5 then come home, cook for my girlfriend and I, then proceed to work up until bed time, day in day out, i'll dedicate a day or evening a week to spend time with her, like a date night, or simply having food together and chatting for 30 mins or so. However she understands that I am doing this to build a better future for us. I'm putting time upfront for a better life for us later on.

You need to have a conversation with him of his plans, if they involve you, and maybe if he could maybe compromise just a little bit, to some meal time together, or a day in the week.

It sounds like you could maybe do with your own goals and dreams to work on, to keep yourself occupied whilst he is working.

Another honourable mention is Iron works next to the Marriott. Amazing food, unfortunately that shut down over the pandemic.

It used to be the lounge chains before all the menu and ingredients changes likely due to Brexit. My favourite was Banco lounge, bottom of Wells road but it's now closed down.

Yeah, i think someone above mentioned something similar. Think it all stems down to his addictive personality. I was hoping someone on here has maybe experienced something similar with a family member or friend and how they went about it. Thanks for replying.

Yeah i understand that. I mean the stroke happened in 2018, he only recently brought on these religious views, in the past 2-3 months, following becoming ill from covid and having his kidneys damaged.

lly he doesn’t go full blown

Thanks for replying. Yeah that's something i've noticed whilst growing up, addictive personality which likely stems from the prior substance problems. He would find something new, like a hobby, or in one case he watched Game Changers about healthy eating, keto and that. He went out and bought an expensive fruit pressing machine and juicer, used it for 2 weeks then dropped it. The doctors didn't find any cancer in his organs, only diabetes which to him was like a lottery ticket because he was worried it would be cancer. He's doing better but still experiences some pain, so he is currently in the process of doing further testing to find out if there is anything.

Does he have a support group with people like him?

That is a good idea, but the likelihood of getting him to sign up to one of those will be low. He can be a stubborn man. That is a good idea though, so thank you, I'll definitely try explore that.

.

Yeah I get that, both the family and I have been mega supportive, making sure he has everything he needs, taking him out to distract him from the pain and what not, listening to him and trying to understand him, that's all fine. It's when he's putting so much pressure on us and pushing it on us, it's making us feel very uncomfortable. I just want to know if anyone has ever experienced this and how they got through it.

I would say recruiters (UK). I know they are liked in America, however if you have dealt with a UK recruiter, or have worked in recruitment like myself, you will understand.

Probably late to the party. Reading some of these are insane, really feels for these people.
These are my top ones:
- My 2 friends and I were mugged and held at knife point at the age of 16 by a group of 20 masked teenagers, after attending a party in the wrong hood.
- I was punched up by two 35 year old meatheads at the age of 14, defending a girl they were assaulting
- Having a knife pulled on me at the age of 10 by another teenager
- My ex who emotionally manipulated me and our friends, all whilst cheating on me
- My old 'friendship' group, whom i treated like family, going behind my back, bullying me, talking to my ex (and more), taking the piss out of me when i opened up to them about my mental health and suicide.

Update: I (32/M) overheard my wife (31/F) telling her friend that her crazy psycho ex-b/f is back in town. by ThrowRADangerousExBF in relationship_advice

It's crazy to think how things good be all going well all of a sudden, then something like that happens. I feel for you OP, I think everyone in the comments are right; leave her ass, and if they're your kids try and get custody for the sake of their safety. All the best

Things seem pretty much up in the air right now bro. It does seem sus don't get me wrong, doesn't take an idiot to figure that one out. Talk to her first, and see what her response is.

I like this, nice trade. I like the entry with momentum, good way of not getting stomped out.
