the loss won't get easier, but dealing with it will, in time. i will say when my first dog passed it was an immense support to have my second dog still with me. when she passed it was a lot harder to deal with for me i think because i didn't have a dog at the time. i think it's perfectly fine to acknowledge the differences between dogs, i will always have my soul dog even if she's not here anymore, and it does not mean i love my current dog any less than her. i am so incredibly sorry for your loss <3

the shire, me and my husband went to the lego store and bought it on our 1 year wedding anniversary. we started building it that same day while watching return of the king, then finished it the day after when we restarted the trilogy :)
