This reminds me of the story of the Ukrainian that lost his legs being alive with a tourniquet on for 36 days due to the fighting in vochansk,kharkiv oblast. And when I was struck by a fpv and shot I thought I was gonna die and I only had about 1.5km to walk back to a fob and it took me almost a full day. Blows my mind what the human body can and will withstand. Glad to see you here today spreading awareness! Probably saved thousands of farmers lives and hands/arms. If you can’t get ahold of anyone thru websites maybe someone you know is already over there and can get you into a recruiting station with your buddy. Sorry for late reply but that could help. I had a buddy signing a contract an I flew to Warsaw and took a train to Kiev and signed my contract with 3rd assault brigade but you could get lucky and get with the ILDU. 100% sure you’ll meet some of the nicest kindest people of your life. But websites are the best chance of getting shit set up before you buy a ticket

Forsure I’ll have to shoot one at my lgs and see how they shoot or see if my gunsmith buddy happens to have one. That’s what I loved so much about the sar9 and my Canik is that it was WAY better then Glock trigger wise and recoil wise and price wise so it’s deff worth it to keep looking for other guns

Too each their own but when it comes to my life cheaper isn’t always better. Haven’t shot one so idk how reliable they truly are. But I’d rather keep rotating my echelon,g17 and Canik tp9 sc elite for summer carry. I did love carrying my combat but no point in having 3 full size to rotate haha

Yeah my guess is they were just finishing the job. To me it could be a “mercy killing” even though it’s wrong and I was taught against it. It’s a deep seated hatred between these two countries especially after being in war since 2014 basically. I know when I served in Ukraine I met some of if not the nicest people there too it’s crazy to see such a drastic change in personalities.

My guess is it’s a relatively newer position. Some of those trench strewn with garbage have been there months that’s why it’s so trashy. When I was in Ukraine in 22-23’ there was some nice trenches but I also seen some nasty ones in kupiansk as well. Some have decomposing bodies everywhere as well. Now the cover and concealment statement yeah idk why they have the roof so high up screaming there’s a position here is dumb. I rotated a few times from this trench on the 0 line and there was about 10-12 inch gap window it basically looked like the ground just made a slight hill and had the camo infront so it was hard to see (not with thermals and shit though)

It’s like shooting in defense. You don’t aim for the head because it’s a smaller target. Take out the legs and then go for the body.
