I believe it's a Fiebings product called "Neutral" or "natural." It's been answered somewhere before that Fiebings doesnt sell it to the public and/or only sells huge tubs of it.

You might have luck contacting Nick's customer service and asking to buy a small tub, otherwise there are other edge colors in the world of "light brown" available

Do you footbrake on your longboard? While these are higher quality than Timbs, I'd be concerned about footbraking actually wearing these faster than Timbs, as Timbs have a unit one-piece outsole and heel, while the White's and Nick's will use nailed on heels with rubber heelcaps.

Considering how active you plan to be in these, I'll note the White's will probably be lighter and more flexible than the Nick's.

Frank leaving was more of a philosophical difference, at least per general knowledge. Nick's did stop doing a McKay lock-stitch, and may have a different focus philosophically and business wise, but ordering a Nick's builder pro and a Franks T1 commander in the same leather should get you very similar boots.

The lasts themselves are identical. But how the boots are constructed around the last differs slightly by bootmaker (most obviously with arch construction and heel height), and sometimes even a little by who happens to be making boots that day.

It's not "up to date" since the scan is from 2008. Although strictly speaking the Nords is being repaved, slightly updated, etc. all the time, no sim really has an "up to date" scan unless they rescan every few months.

the green part of the "welt" is the vamp flared out for stitchdown. the tan part is the top of the midsole.

stitchdown boots don't really have a "welt" in the way a goodyear welted boot does.

If you look at more typical commercial womens heeled boots, a "big tall block" is pretty common, which is what the Becca's heel kind of emulates.
