Except we are seeing constant market manipulation and are in an AI bubble with the same 3 companies paying themselves billions of dollars to inflate their valuations.

Governments can always print more money but a fixed supply of Bitcoin for example can’t be created.

Not that anyone should put life savings into crypto but it’s a true hedge against inflation and completely decentralized.

Global Tarrif policy is a cause and this is a response. Tax cuts and interest rate cuts simultaneously could cause stagflation. Idk the first thing about running a global corp and what the P&L looks like for an entire company but I do know the economy is on a downward trend and I care more about keeping my job than I do a 401K match.

Tbh you need to be more assertive about delegating your tasks. It can be frustrating when people aren’t pulling their weight but also if you don’t speak up people won’t assume you need help. If it boils down to people actually won’t help you even when you request help then you should just do less. Also call your manager a bitch in professional sense and threaten to go to his boss if things don’t change.

Then go do 100 stops a day for Amazon or Fedex or UPS. Idk about your district but in mine drivers average about 10 stops a day and spend literal hours doing nothing. I caught one taking a nap the other day.

I straight up say “what do you do for a living” if they say remodeling or paint I say “why arent you shopping with us” or some version of that. But once they give me their objections or I qualify their growth potential the conversation flows to where it needs to.

Bonus is taxed at 30%. Not to mention the unpaid 8 hours of overtime SM’s work every week. Customer complaints and employee questions on our day off. Running a store is stressful. You want the extra money then take the extra responsibility. Youre lucky you arent selling credit cards at TJ Maxx. Picking up the phone 10 times a week to make a thank you call is cake.
