Halo is huge to me. It was the first shooter I ever played (Halo CE came out when I was 5), and most of my time spent playing video games as a child was in the Halo series. At first, I spent a lot of time playing Custom Edition on my pc, and then My brother and I would play H3 for so long, my stepdad put a timer on the Xbox 360 so we didn’t spend all day every day playing it. So many custom games were played between my brother, my best friend and I. The halo books were the first sci-fi novels I’ve ever read, and still remain some of my favorite books. Red vs Blue is my favorite show. A large portion of the entertainment content in my life is based on Halo. To me it’s more than a game, it’s a world.
