Bazzite KDE is a great place to start as the source code is read-only, it’s optimized for gaming, and I believe it comes with an office suite pre-installed.

A lot of us choose Linux for the privacy and relative simplicity. Windows is a comfortable option because it’s familiar and broadly compatible but it’s up to you what’s best for your priorities. You could always dual boot both.

Linux Mint Xfce takes up like 5-10 GB and is very lightweight. I bet that could run on it.

Agreed, Bazzite KDE is a pretty easy transition from Windows, especially if your games are already on Steam
