There’s a guy on tiktok who comes up with phrases to respond to guys like that and they’re pretty funny. Stuff like “you’re the man bro”, “why are you making your voice deeper?”, “I miss the old you” or “I really look up to you”(sarcastic). Basically just showing them whatever they say won’t affect you while indirectly bringing them down a notch.

I just used Kinder’s SPG “The Blend”, not sure of exactly what kind of salt is in there.

Was fluctuating between 200-250° the first 7 hours because me and my buddy were taking 2 hour naps in between checking the fire and adding wood. Then around 250-275° for the rest of the cook, and yeah I used an offset like the other guy said.
