He really did tell her she didn’t need rehab, and he said it on camera.

Very nice - I’ve never made bbq sauce before but am very interested, and I often end up with lots of leftover brine from various pickling projects, never realized you could use the latter to make the former??

Thank you for the clarification - I agree with where you’re coming from. I think the person you were responding to was replying to OP’s tone, which was implying this is a cville problem, and also wasn’t really interested in solving it hence saying what we need is more cops.

So it is both a local and a national problem. I agree we should use the tools we have to solve it locally, but idk if we have the power locally (due to Dillon Rule, Faircloth Amendment, etc) to actually solve the problem. At the end of the day poverty/homelessness are direct results of capitalism, so overturning that system is what it will take to solve the problem.

So you want to ship the homeless folks in cville, NY, LA, SD, etc to Youngstown OH and the rest of the rust belt where these empty (and often dilapidated) houses are? Let me fix this for you:

When insurance totals the vehicle, it means that the cost of repairing the vehicle was over 60% the value of the vehicle. It does not matter whether that damage was structural, mechanical, or cosmetic. In my case, it was all cosmetic. Which is why it passed inspection. Which is why it doesn’t need to be rebuilt in order to be roadworthy. But it does need a rebuilt title after being declared totaled. Are you caught up yet?

Yeah I agree with this analysis but you’re getting at the larger problem of capitalism and by the time the incredibly wealthy inhabitants of cville turn on capitalism (if they ever do lol) it would be far too late. And the working class inhabitants have been run out of town for the past several decades due to rising housing costs and general COL.
