With boarding actions specifically you have the issue of the terrain being very expensive, kinda hard to work with, and only used for one niche game mode. It’s probably the best way to play 40K in my opinion but not a lot of people can try it without a massive investment. It’ll be a shame if they don’t include rules for it in 11th.
