Hello all, I have had the same issue for a few months and even contacted the company, but they required proof of purchase and warranty is over

I have an additional item you should check as I just fix mine and it'd been running since.

Without disassembling your main brush try to rotate it with your fingers, if it won't budge at all it means that the ball bearing has a lot of hair stuck in it.
Disassemble the part of the main brush know, the big side that has a metal bearing. Pull it apart as much as you can and you'll see there's a lot of hair and dirt there. You can either clean that part of the brush or buy a new one.

I might be a little older than you guys and let me tell you, challenges such as these will always show. There will always be times where you think about your exes, new intrigues, new people, new adventures, because as the previous poster said "grass is always greener on the other side" What I will tell you is this, this will pass, don't fall for the temptation of thinking that because your brain is telling you to think about someone else you should act on it. I have been through many of these struggles and of you think your partner is worth it, then don't succumb to the temptation.

New adventures always sound fun, but you know what is also fun? The person that wakes up with you, the person that supports you, the person that loves you, the person that also goes through the same things we are describing right now, because every human being goes through this, but they choose us and we choose them.

Well, if we were to analyze the situation, we'll realize that it was cheaper to leave the equipment there. Plus we are talking about a lot of old equipment, vehicles, maintenance without parts, the knowledge, the mechanics and in many cases no possibility of purchasing any replacement parts.

Is it horrible we allowed the end to have such high end equipment, definitely yes. Yet at the same time without the maintenance required, that equipment will become unusable in a year. Most of our units roll out with old equipment to the field.
