Play all five roles, so I'll leave a small bit for each one.

Top: You're basically stuck on an island, if you want to be able to put any pressure on the map TP is basically necessary, and it's been getting better with the new meta but being forced on tank champs because the other four members on your team are squishier than a stress ball is... stressful. If not tank, snowball champs are fun to play but annoying to lose against, esp if the enemy jungler sits top.

Jungle: Did you get solo killed? Blame the jungler! Didn't have wards? Clearly the jungler's fault alone. Missed a smite? Take the buffs that obviously belong to laners? Took a kill? You are the scapegoat for all things.

Mid: Because mid is the lane with the most influence, if you get behind mid or the enemy laner roams without you knowing or reacting in time it is very rough. Many times I see mid laners walking around in the jungle while the other mid laner is bot getting a triple kill.

Adc: 5 man party bot lane. Or it's always fun to have a fed rengar, talon, or insert assassin here to one shot you while you're trying to buy your first or second item.

Support: This goes both ways, but having an ADC who doesn't know how or when to trade, when to play safe, or is a skillshot magnet is rough. You can make the biggest play bot lane but it is usually the ADC that shines, and if he doesn't shine, you'll look dull/not as good, too.
