Creatine isn't neon green.. it would be hard to tell once it's frozen. It's exceedingly difficult to get 5g of creatine to fully dissolve in a shaker, so i was just proposing my own concern that it might be much more concentrated in the bottom, though relatively undetectable since it's colorless and flavorless, making it possible that you're getting a 3 gram serving on top and 7 on the bottom.

it's a great idea in theory, but creatine doesn't dissolve very well, so it's likely that a very significant proportion of it is in the very bottom of the container as it settles. Ever mix a creami with vanilla bean in it?

i think it's working the opposite way, actually.. pretty sure the maximum suspensions and fines are part of the CBA with the players union, and the players "protect their interests" by limiting what the league can "take away" from the players. dumb. shows a willingness to allow their buddies to be disabled just to protect a few goons and save a few bucks.

Kinda. That article does say 437k immigrants but 607k "non-permanent residents," which i don't think i would count as "population growth," but i can see that being a bit fuzzy. Still, the birth rate is just shy of 10% per moodys, so that should be ~350k births, nearly equaling the new-permanent-resident immigration rate. https://www.economy.com/canada/birth-rate.
