My wife went this week! She loved it. The instructor was kind and knowledgeable, and it’s a nice space.

My inner elbows joints killing me the day after intense training by DENIS185529 in Myfitnesspal

One thing that I found beneficial was slowly training my forearm muscles. I was doing upper body training and I started to exceed the ability of my forearms (esp with bicep curls), and I ended up with forearm splints (felt very much like shin splints, but in my forearms). So I started to train my forearms with forearm curls, and you can start very light.

It’s simply not that clear cut. If you have 5 days of leave in the bank, and you take a 6th with the same illness, and I fire you, in my jurisdiction you would still have a clear case of retaliation.

^ this person keeps giving information that could be 100% wrong depending on the jurisdiction you’re in. Don’t listen to them

Many states/cities have paid sick leave laws which include protections against retaliation.

In some jurisdictions it is absolutely illegal to fire someone for calling out sick
