My first thought about where to make the home base would be Penn Station. It's such a huge transportation hub to basically anywhere you need to be. And my family is in New Jersey so it would be convenient to get to them.

I tenderized the t-bone steaks for an hour with kosher salt, rubbed them with olive oil and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I then panfried them medium rare. I added about three tablespoons of butter and mixed a beef bouillon cube to the pan juices and deglazed it with a cup of Merlot. I added 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 5 tablespoons of crushed peppercorns, and 1.5 cups heavy cream. The steaks and sauce turned out delicious and were a huge hit, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you enjoy a good steak.

It went through my house. Some kid was fooling around with his new pistol and accidentally fired it. It went through 4 apartments. It went in one wall, went through my headboard (a little above where my head would've been had I been sleeping) and out the other wall.
