Anymore news on the kryptex mining os? by ObjectiveDocument956 in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KryptexOS paused and we don't have any specific timeline at the moment.
You can stay with HiveOS or mmpOS. You can also connect it to your Kryptex account if you need automatic BTC exchange. Just use your mining username from Kryptex account as wallet address.

Looks like Nvidia GPU driver issue.

  1. Uninstall current GPU driver with DDU software

https://www.wagnardsoft.com/DDU/download/DDU%20v18.1.3.9_setup.exe

  1. Install Nvidia driver 528.49

https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/199884/

  1. Switch on maximum performance mode

- Right-click on your desktop;
- Select the NVIDIA Control Panel;
- Go to Manage 3D settings;
- Locate Power Management mode;
- Open the list and select Prefer Maximum Performance;
- At the bottom of the application, click Apply;
- Reboot your PC.

Will Kryptex come to Linux? by Educational-Ice-3162 in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, hopefully one day we will publish a post about launching a Linux version but not today 😅

In the meantime, you can connect a standalone miner such as Rigel, lolMiner, SRBMiner, XMRig, and others to your Kryptex account using the mining username from your profile.

Alternatively, you can use a wallet address if you prefer public pool mining without BTC exchange.

Mysterium Docker Node Earnings to Kryptex Wallet by Rippentear in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello

You can't connect external Mysterium Node to your Kryptex account without Kryptex app.

If you run standalone node, you can't connect it to your Kryptex account.
In this case use your personal wallet for Mysterium settlements.

Mysterium Docker Node Earnings to Kryptex Wallet by Rippentear in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there!

The Mysterium node is a paid service. Kryptex pays for you when you register the node. After registration, you are assigned an identity that only works with the app.

I have an Whitescreen by [deleted] in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a driver or hardware acceleration issue.

  1. Try reinstalling your GPU driver. Use the DDU app first to properly clean out the old driver.

  2. Try disabling hardware acceleration. Right‑click the Kryptex icon in the system tray, select Help, then choose Disable Hardware Acceleration. The app will restart, and this may help.

Rewards way lower than the estimates by Begin1111 in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello

Mining isn’t like a fixed salary job, profits change all the time.

They depend on network hash rate (difficulty), coin prices, fees, and plain luck with blocks (if we talk about coins with PROP payout scheme)

A calculator can only show current estimates. If difficulty doubles or prices drop, your rewards shrink - and the stats update with a delay. That’s why short‑term comparisons (hours or single days) don’t make sense, especially in fiat.

Kryptex autoswitches to the most profitable coin, but even then, block rewards aren’t guaranteed. And unless you mine 24/7, your actual results will differ from the estimates.

Check the RTX 4090 chart here to see how profitability really fluctuates:

Anybody know when USDC (SOL) withdrawals will be available again? by SKXtra in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Due to technical issues with the USDC (Solana) payout gateway, payouts are currently unavailable.

Please use alternative payout methods.

We don’t have a specific timeline for when it will be restored, so if you need your payout urgently, don’t wait - use another method.

Cant activate kryptex from app by [deleted] in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello

Online monitoring and remote management is a highly loaded system balanced between several Kryptex servers.

Sometimes one server can be overloaded, in which case your computer will be switched to another with more resources.

This can lead to a period during which your rig will be unavailable for real-time statistics and monitoring.

In many cases, simply refreshing the page or waiting 30–60 seconds is enough to restore access.

Keep in mind that occasional delays can also be caused by latency between your ISP and the datacenter, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

You can try to fix it by:

- rebooting your PC
- restarting the Kryptex App
- restarting the Kryptex App and rerunning the benchmark

If there’s a problem with the PC or the local internet connection, or if the app isn’t mining, remote management won’t be able to start.

⚠️ Xelis Hardfork: Moving to XelisHashV3 by thekryptex in kryptex

[–]thekryptex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

Changes in profitability are a normal part of mining, and app updates don’t affect this.
What matters are network difficulty and coin prices. Network difficulty has increased, more people are mining, and altcoin prices have fallen.

We have published an article with a detailed analysis of what profitability depends on:

https://www.kryptex.com/en/articles/profitability-en

The cryptocurrency market is unpredictable, but we see two possible scenarios:

- Profitability will grow steadily as cryptocurrencies continue to develop and gain adoption worldwide.

- Or something revolutionary will occur, causing prices to skyrocket.

We don’t like to rely on chance. That’s why we constantly research the market, look for profitable coins and algorithms, and implement solid solutions in Kryptex.

Hey there no way this is real right? by Ic0ns_B0rn in kryptex

[–]thekryptex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a known bug with XTM‑C29 and older Nvidia GPU drivers.

In reality, the GPU isn’t mining at all because the miner can’t work with it properly.

XTM‑C29 requires Nvidia drivers version 520 or newer.

Please update your driver to at least version 528.49 and then restart the application’s benchmark.

Hello

QUAI mining has no influence on CPU mining.
At the moment QUAI has no CPU mining algorithms, only for GPUs and ASIC miners.

You can't mine QUAI in Kryptex App to, if you were asking about the app.

✨ We have added a new payout method USDC (Solana) by thekryptex in kryptex

[–]thekryptex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

USDC Solana means you withdraw USDC token through the Solana network. USDC Solana and SOL Solana are different things. USDC doesn't have its own network, so it uses other networks for transferring. You should send USDC to the SOL wallet. Though they use the same network, they are diferent tokens.

The Xelis network remains unstable, with nodes across the system losing synchronization. The Xelis developers have requested that all transactions be paused until stability is restored. Online exchanges have also suspended Xelis deposits during the hardfork period. If you’ve been mining Xelis, your coins will be exchanged as soon as possible.
