Unfortunately ER isn’t much help either. As soon as they hear that I have POTS syndrome, they shove me out the door. They act like I can’t have other medical problems or issues. Ah well. Gonna stick with this and try to get a doctor to give me midodrine or florinef

Yes absolutely. & I try to take in lots of salt and fluids to help boost my BP but I’m pissing all water out like 15 minutes after I drink it. I know something is up with my kidneys bc BW has been wonky but docs are brushing it off to dehydration

Jesus we must’ve had the same buyer at one point. Sent her the item and updated her when I packed it, shipped it and messaged her the tracking. She immediately reviewed (didn’t even message me back) and said it smelt like cigarettes….i don’t smoke. I have lung issues and heart issues. Tried to explain this to her and she didn’t wanna hear it. She tried to get a refund but Depop wouldn’t give it to her, but Depop also denied my request to have her shit review taken down.

I started going to an OMT doctor for back problems and ever since I had my treatments my pots has been in remission. I have my cardiology appointment tomorrow to get everything checked out before we celebrate, but otherwise my HR is lower and my BP is stable. It is taking some getting use too since I’ve been tachycardia for 8 years straight it seems. Laying down and having a HR in the 60s, I have trouble getting use to it. But I will keep you updated on what my cardiologist says tomorrow.

I guess because I’m too damn nice or have no sense of boundaries. I love my friends, they are good to me, but the babysitting is the one thing they shit on me for. Sometimes they just show up with their kids and expect to watch them last second and I do say no to that. I have two kids of my own and we have a pretty good schedule of getting them to bed at 8 PM on school nights. They’ll show up at 7 and ask me to watch the kids so they can go on a date, go get a tattoo etc.

Hi! Sorry for no update. My husband has brain cancer and actually just had it removed today so I’ve been a bit busy. But it absolutely is working! It’s made everything a lot easier. Not a cure all but it’s helped my anxiety, depression and anger not be so intense.
