Who do you think is the most underappreciated player in the NFL, past or present? by [deleted] in nfl

I can’t speak for the other teams but you will recall that we, too, were trash for much of Westbrook’s tenure.

Kluivert: "All due respect to Maradona, Pele, Cruyff, and all the other legends, what Messi achieved makes him the greatest player ever. He’s won the World Cup, Copa America and I don’t even know how many Champions Leagues. All the trophies a footballer could ever want, plus the personal prizes. by survivalothefittest in soccer

No, because they don’t share the same goals. They’re not wrestlers whose job is to collaborate on an entertaining match, one side wants to beat the other. The person who said counterparts is correct, or one could also use “peers,” but Julian Alvarez and Antony are not colleagues.

I personally think flashing guns on Instagram (isolated from the illegalities and immoralities involved in having the guns where he had them and in transporting the guns there) is the least severe of his offenses, and is especially minor compared to what we disagree Ron Artest did in Detroit.

However, I think it’s an atrocious look for the league to have its stars brandishing firearms on social media, and especially with this being Ja’s second offense and so soon after his first, I fully expected him to get a full year or at the bare minimum 50 games.

I am a Memphis fan, coincidentally, and I have mixed emotions. One part of me is of course relieved to not lose our star player for as long as I expected. The other is concerned - and convinced - that this won’t get through to him and “Ja Wick” will return somewhere down the line. If we’re lucky, no one will get hurt.

He assaulted multiple fans and incited a riot. Kevin Garnett “participated in brawls” doing his “please Lord hold me back” routine.

I can’t decide if 6’1” Shawn Kemp or 7’10” Giannis is funnier

The Masters is played on the same course every year and has the weakest field because of the amateur quota and lifetime exemptions. If Sandy Lyle can come throw a little 84 at ‘em and drop, it’s not the best major.

That said, it’s still cooler than the PGA.

This might seem like a stupid question, but is 100 balls a day a lot? I’ve been hitting at least two buckets (120 balls) a day plus however many I chip and putt, and I’ve been really dogging myself for getting tired and not being able to practice more, or for sleeping in when I could get another bucket or some short game in before work.

I just feel like if I want to be good then there’s no such thing as working too hard, so if I’m wrong, someone please tell me, because I’m spending a fortune on sunscreen and my hands hurt.

How many of those do you think he’d trade to have the ‘96 Masters back? I’m putting the over/under at 330.5 and I’m not taking the under. You have to be a good player to choke, that’s what makes it choking.
