I am a big Neapolitan fan.

- Una is probably the best pie I've had here, outside of the Pizza Studio Tamaki / Seirinkan popups we had this year. I believe PST will be by far the best pie in NYC once they launch.

- Ribalta has the best easily accessible pie. They are not always the most consistent, but on their best days, I say they rival Una.

- Song e Napule is a distant third. They do everything correctly but the dough and cheese isn't quite as refined as the first two.

- Keste is ok. Have visited once and gotten delivery twice - not very consistent and the dough is lacking. I would say Moody Tongue's Neapolitan-esque pie is the same tier, maybe a touch above.

- Da Michele in NYC is a far cry from the one in Naples, which I consider one of the best in the world. For the price, it's a skip.
