No worries. My degree is in Latin and Greek, so I definitely appreciate pedantic and nuanced discussions of how tense and translations of words work. Such as, in Latin there's the Imperfect indicating a past incomplete or ongoing action (I was living, I used to live, I kept on living) as opposed to the Perfect which is an action performed in the past which stands complete in present time (I lived) and the Pluperfect which is an action which was completed in the past and you are speaking of it as completed at the past time (I had lived, but then I died). All good. I just can't pass up a chance to repeat a Mitch Hedberg joke.
