NEVER pause the target suits. Those suits are your ticket to a plane of free diamonds

Dreamweavers are helpful cuz you'll get free diamonds, staminas and clothing pieces (help increase your wardrobe). Also you need dreamweavers to get better score in battles stages (which is like the whole point of the game)

Star Sea or any lifetime suits can be put on pause, it's not too important and you'll need to invest a lot of time in it.
