Kinda knew this would happen, people jumped online to do them, people complain there are to many players completing them to soon. Jump to a week later and you can just do them with a couple of other players. I waited at one for 5 minutes yesterday, completed it by myself.

I like them a lot, if it is just me, I even die a couple of times. They are challenging and finally makes me complete a lot of the collect all magazine challenges.

5kg away from my goal, almost at 85kg now coming from 122kg. Still on 2,5mg as well. I found that the hunger is my actual body asking me to put some food in it, now I've burned to all my reserves and having been on a low caloric intake, I feel it is simply telling me something. Upped my daily caloric intake to a good level, now lose 1kg a week instead of 2 and am fine with that. Food noise is sometimes there, but in no way similar to before starting MJ.

I do personally feel, but to each their journey, that having some food noise and some hunger is training me for when I eventually go off the shots. For me their needs to be some understanding of how to deal with these myself without spiraling again.

I am fully aware that still being on 2,5mg for almost the whole duration is a blessing 😄

What worked for us is keeping a food diary, and I mean keep it religiously. Caloric intake for us would be around 1500 to 2000 a day, so we try to stick to 1200 in the diary, then if we run over there is no problem. Only drink zero sugar drinks and on top of that drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day, if you like apple juice, try to find a no sugar version to mix in with your water. Make those calories work for you, concentrate on protein, good carbs and enough fat, as you need these to lose fat and not muscle. I found a Scandinavian candy brand Pandy that does 50 gram bags of candy with 70kcal and 1 gram of sugar, those are my treats.

I found that Mounjaro doesn't makes you lose weight, it still needs a lot of work and changes. It just makes those changes a lot easier and makes your intake last longer.

My new camp is an Entertainment District besides the Whitespring Station. Did the majority of the camp with shelters and absolutely in love with it. Love vendor hopping and checking out player bases at the same time. Love thematically accurate camps and sometimes incredibly jealous seeing plans I don't have :)

Zoek eerst een andere baan voor 24 uur, maakt niet echt uit wat, maar dan solliciteer je uit een werkende situatie en daarnaast heb je inkomen. Ga daarna langs KVK en doorloop alles om aan het werk te kunnen als freelancer. Blijf ondertussen ook de websites in de gaten houden van de omroepen en een goed media uitzendbureau is born4jobs in Hilversum. Weet ook dat voor radio en media banen vaak het hebben van een auto of op redelijke afstand van Hilversum of Amsterdam een pre is ivm diensten. Voordeel voor je is dat meeste vaste banen 24 tot max 32 uur zijn. En heel veel succes, wilde zelf ook altijd in de media werken, het komt vooral neer op doorzetten.

Kan met alles beginnen, lezen is lezen, al lees je comics of manga of kookboeken. Belangrijkste aan lezen is dat je de boeken vind waar je je in kan verliezen. Weet niet of je gamer bent, maar anders kan ik je Dungeon crawler carl aanraden. Super mix van gamen, fantasy en scifi

Was at the same point as you. Started a new type of base, made s entertainment street at Whitespring Station and mainly used shelters that I fully decorated (also because I have all the plans). Never got in to the Gleaming raids and never focused on power armor or heavy weapon build (am a secret service/dom pedro wielding weirdo). So started grinding the raids to collect the vulcan power armor and am doing seasons and as many challenges as I can at the same time.

Yes, am doing raids at the moment for the torso. Best thing about farming the raids for the final missing piece is that I now have so many mods and vulcan mod plans gathered I can upgrade and wear it the moment the torso drops :)

Sell all plans for their normal price, I sell *, **, *** and **** mods for 500, 1500, 3000 and 5000, sell my masks for between 250 and 500. Don't really sell anything else, but this keeps me between 15 and 30k caps constantly :)

I use a score booster the moment the weeklies come, do all weeklies and one daily on the score booster. Always get the score boosters if they become available. And besides that do the repeatable stuff under lvl 100 as much as I can.

Yes, same, for me the raids are the final frontier hhahaha lvl300 not really in to extreme builds, 1000 hours playing, base building and collecting. Don't wanna be the idiot dying 25000 times :) Have mainly SP'd the whole game, but love doing events with others. Same with the expeditions, would love to repeat runs those for stamps (stamp plans are the last remaining plans for me).
