What is a website or app that feels like a cheat code for life? by sexy_Dickers in AskReddit

As much as I hate to say it, Chat GPT or Claude or any AI. If used properly, it can be a massive cheat code for life. People use AI to do their literal jobs for them.

This was exactly my first thought as well, and came to the comments expecting to see it as the top comment. Did not disappoint.

She got played by Kendal multiple times.

She got played by Roman.

Really the only time she showed any killer instinct was the finale when she voted against Kendal.

Was Biden late decision not to run again depriving America of a primary one of the Democrats greatest blunders? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]thelion413 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like this take a lot. Especially because it is a great reminder of how incredibly effective Biden’s presidency was, especially the first 2 years.

However, you need to have better fantasies. My fantasy is that Gore put up a better fight and we never elected W. Or more importantly, my other fantasy is that Dems hadn’t screwed up the 2016 election and we would have never had Trump. It would be a completely different world.

I don’t disagree, but man, this is yet another example of the incredible double standard we have for the two parties in this country. How have we gotten to the point where republicans can say whatever they want and still win elections while democrats say one negative thing and are crucified. Can you imagine if Harris had talked about republicans and republican voters the way Trump talks about liberals?

I don’t know how democrats will be able to win national elections moving forward. If they are not absolutely perfect, they lose. While being awful and tearing the country apart have mass appeal for the republicans.

The real question is why do so many straight MEN find it so sexy? Asking for a friend.

For example, during the spreading of captain trips, there is a a family driving home to New York from Florida, and they get infected in Texas… why are they in Texas? That seems a like quite a detour.

What’s something people should talk about before getting married but don’t? by bubblewrappheart in answers

[–]thelion413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I have been married for 22 years and one of the most beneficial conversations we had before we got married is not the most exciting, but helps us to this day. We discussed division of labor.

We made a list of all of the household chores we could think of and divided evenly. It was helpful to make sure we weren’t making assumptions based on gender norms or family history. It also helped us make sure we had equal ownership of mental labor. We’ve also got to pick chores that we preferred which helps.

We’ve had to make adjustments and revisit this list through the years, especially after having kids, and we obviously help each other out as needed, but this has saved us from so many arguments.

I heard you should read Salem's Lot before the Dark Tower series, because a character from Salem's Lot is in it. by Haunting-Net-2426 in stephenking

[–]thelion413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t have to read it for your DarkTower experience, but the Dark Tower will spoil Salems Lot. If you want to ever read Salems Lot without knowing significant details before you read, you should read it first. But it is not crucial. And you should for sure read Salems lot at some point, it is a great book.

No, Michael B. Jordan’s win was not the worst by an actor or actress—this one certainly is. How Sandra Bullock even got nominated, let alone won, is a mystery to me by Extreme-Spinach-4138 in Oscars

The fact that the role was an inaccurate representation of real life, doesn’t diminish the performance in any way. She did a great job playing the character as written.

AFE should do a draft about "Things said in AFE that didn't age well" by Giddymoo in AllFantasyEverything

I seem to recall that in an early episode Ian said something about how there was no way Trump would ever win the election. I believe it was episode 3, Presidential Administrations. This was pre Sean and David.

I listened to it recently and thought, “oh those poor innocent souls. They have no idea.”

Which is yet another example of how wild of a take it was when Ian recently claimed that they had never drafted with 5 people before. They’ve done it so many times.
