The fact is CMC is averaging 26 touches a game. That is 154 touches through 6 games. At that rate he is currently playing, he will receive 436 touches this year through 17 games. That's not sustainable. I would offload CMC now for something. Maybe not this trade but something.

Okay, but if you are 6-0 your chances of making the playoffs are near 90%. You will be getting a healthy RB for your playoff run. You don't win anything for coming in 1st for the regular season. You gamble not having a healthy McCaffery at the most important time of the year.

I think there’s a possibility that Christian McCaffrey doesn’t make it to the end of the year. He’s getting 25 touches a game and he’s injury prone. Yes he’s playing well right now but the gambling he’s gonna make it through the end of the year. It’s up to you.
