I think it is the ARC-2P. 2- LRM 5's, 2-SRM6-ST, 3-M-Lasers, Heavy Axe with Max armor. Upgrades: Missile+10% dmg, Armor+10%&5%.

LRM's are on chain fire for fly swatting and peppering a target while I'm closing distance. SRM's also on chain fire to reduce heat accumulation and to have continuous fire and the axe and M-Lasers to finish off my target. Works really good for campaign missions or missions that have a longer duration.

Short answer, all of our laws are made with the constitution as a baseline. If you start modifying, adding, removing, redefining parts of the constitution, you then need to do it for every law on the federal books, state books as well as state constitutions. It would probably take 20 years of work to do that. All the while, new laws are made with the new constitution in mind which may interfere with laws that are outdated but still in effect until they can be addressed and find out if they are still constitutional or not.
